A young lady has called out the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) for abandoning her sick father, who served the church for more than 30 years.
In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @oxygist, the lady who didn’t state her name said her parents have been serving the RCCG church for over 30 years.
Later her dad was diagnosed with diabetes, which led to blindness and even affected his legs, and he is now facing amputation.

When the illness started, the church immediately relieved her dad of his duties and also demoted her mom, who was also a serving pastor for RCCG.
According to her, throughout her father’s struggles and sickness till now, the church has not offered any support for his treatment, yet her mom is still serving the church.
The video has ignited mixed reactions from netizens and most especially members of the RCCG.
