A Nigerian landlord, known as @betaman_official on TikTok, has gone viral after sharing a video revealing severe damage to his duplex, allegedly caused by a former tenant.
He claimed the property was given out as a brand-new apartment but was later converted into a bakery by the tenant, despite being intended for residential use.
Following a court-ordered eviction, the landlord was shocked to discover broken appliances, damaged ceilings, spoiled door handles, and more. He expressed frustration over the N250,000 caution fee paid, stating it was grossly insufficient to cover the extent of the destruction.
