A Nigerian lady has gone online to share a startling personal story of how she went for a condolence visit to a grieving male friend, who got an erection and started acting weird towards her.
According to her narration, the incident began when her close friend called her, sounding very emotional and in tears, to inform her of his father’s passing. Deeply concerned, she immediately went to his family home to offer her condolences and emotional support.
Upon arrival, she found the atmosphere understandably heavy—her friend was still on the phone with his mother, and his younger sister was crying in another part of the house. The grieving young man himself was sobbing, and she was moved by the rare sight of a man in such deep emotional pain.

“Men hardly cry, so seeing him that way really broke me,” she recalled. “He placed his head on my shoulder, and I was just trying to comfort him.”
However, what began as a moment of emotional support quickly turned to something else. She said he began to hold her “in a very funny way,” which made her uneasy. It was then she noticed, when she looked below, that he had an erection.
She said she felt disgusted by what she saw and left, even blocking his lines on the way, saying the young man was weird to be craving sex at such a time when he should be grieving his father’s demise. She also explained that the young man has never asked her before, that they have been friends for quite some time.
Her story has sparked mixed reactions online, with many users expressing shock at the man’s behavior, while others threw slants of jokes about it, telling the lady she should have helped a needy friend.
