The recent iPhone 17 saga that happened between VeryDarkMan and popular crypto-currency guru B-Lord has taken a new dimension, as B-Lord paid someone N500,000 to get VDM’s old nude photos that leaked online some years ago.
The issue started when B-Lord made a video, advertising the upgrade of iPhone XR to iPhone 17 which he said he imported from China, and goes for the price of N450,000.
VDM who is currently in China, then called him out, saying he knows where the phones are being coupled and the price, after shipping to Nigeria is just N280,000, continuing in his recent mission of revealing the original prices of imported products which Nigerian importers usually inflate to make outrageous profit for themselves.
B-Lord and his supporters accused VDM of interferring in people’s business.

B-Lord would soon take to his Instagram story to post, asking whoever has VDM’s “Noodles” to send him, saying VDM was busy selling noodles when he was building his empire.
One Nnamdi Ambrose sent VDM’s nude video to B-Lord and received the 500k reward, which B-Lord later posted and shared online without covering the senders details (a punishable crime).
VDM responded by sending more of his nude video to B-Lord, saying he should not have wasted money to get his nudes, when he could get it for free from him and went ahead to tell him to send the video to his wife too. VDM also promised to be sending B-Lord his nude videos everyday.
VDM went ahead to warn Nnamdi Ambrose of the consequences he could face if charged to court for what he did just for 500k.
This saga has divided the online communities as some supported VDM while others supported B-Lord. It has sparked debates on fake tech, influencer marketing and honesty in business.
