An unusual video has emerged where a Catholic priest is seen fighting with female members of the church during an August Meeting program in St. Mary’s Catholic Church Idedu in Etiti Amokwe, Ekiti State.
In the viral video, the priest whose name has not yet been revealed was dragging a crate of drinks with the women; seeing that the women would not let him have it, he started taking out the bottles, smashing and throwing them about on the church floor.
Immediately he started throwing the bottles about; the women ran off to avoid getting injured.

The priest was visibly angry with the women; no one yet understands what could have led to such an uncontrolled display of anger and why the women had to drag the crate of drinks with their Reverend father.
But some reactions on social media suggest that the women were not supposed to hold the August Meeting inside the church. Some say the priest is against drinking in the church.
In another video, the husbands of the Church women are seen confronting the priest after they might have received news about the unusual event in the church; however, none of them laid a hand on him.
The video has sparked mixed reactions on the Internet.
