It is believed by some sources that there is an ongoing plot to replace the suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan with former governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, in the Senate.
Recently, there have been videos of some groups from Kogi Central where Mrs. Akpoti-Uduaghan represents pushing for her recall, circulating on the internet.
Some political analysts believe the recall process is orchestrated by some key mechanisms from the Senate.
It is on record that Mrs. Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has had friction with Yahaya Bello, where she accused him of theft in relation to the Ajaokuta Steel company, plot to kill her, and sexual harassment, which were all proven false.

Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan since her six-month suspension by the Senate for gross misconduct, has been going around both national and international TV with the narrative that her suspension is politically motivated; it is a plot to silence her over sexual harassment allegations against the President of the Senate, Senator God’swill Akpabio.
While both cases are in the court, Natasha Akpoti has proven to be unrelenting in being heard and getting her own justice.
The plot to remove suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and bring in Yahaya Bello, who currently has a case with the EFCC, is just mere speculation and prediction by some sources.
