A law firm with the name Ukutt and Co. has made a written demand of public apology and a ₦200 billion compensation from Nigerian musician and activist Bloody Civilian for making vile comments against Liberty Church founder Helen Ukpabio and daughter Imaobong Elijah Ukpabio.
The firm which claims to be solicitors for Imaobong Ukpabio and Apostle Helen Ukpabio wrote the demands in response to some comments made by Bloody Civilian on a post on Twitter (X).
Bloody Civilian under Imaobiong Ukpabio’s post celebrating her mother’s 60th birthday, had commented saying the Apostle Helen Ukpabio made people born their children alive, claiming also that, that is why she was banned from entering the UK.
Imaobong tried in vain to defend her mother from the accusations, however, Bloody Civilian continued, saying; “Look, you are free to have your perspectives, but before you cook me, you will cook the UK boarder control for throwing her out while she was on vacation, Sahara reporters for asking her why she was evil, and the journalists at DW documentary for asking her to stop killing children.”
Then Imaobong promised that if the posts are not taken down within 5 hours, she will have to educate Bloody Civilian in Court, to which Bloody Civilian replied saying; “Use your connections to remove her UK ban. She needs you. Pls.”
The comments sparked a lot of reactions on social media, with many netizens agreeing to the accusations.
The law firm believes the comments which has a tendency of negatively impacting on their clients hard earned good image and reputation is a calculated and predetermined attempt to ridicule and rubbish the sound public image of their client and cause people to regard them contemptuously.
They also pointed that the claims are false according to investigations by the Nigeria Police and the Department of State Security Services (DSS).
Hence, Bloody Civilian must make a public apology to Miss Imaobong Ukpabio and Helen Ukpabio, which must be published in 10 Nigerian news media and international news media like CNN, Aljazeera, BBC World and Fox News.
With a compensation of two hundred billion Naira (₦200,000,000,000) for the damages, distress and trauma caused on their clients.
The said amount must be paid within one week, without which, the case would proceed to court where higher demands would be made. Ending the letter with a footnote that says “A STITCH IN TIME SAVES NINE.”
Nigerians including Bloody Civilian have reacted the demands of the law firm, calling it outrageous and funny.

Bloody Civilian’s reactions are rather satirical. In one post, she said with a laughing emoji, “e shock me o” and made a post listing several jobs which she has added to her services for Christmas so that she will be able to raise ₦200 billion.

She also made a post saying; “This is all so sad because this December I was going to be outside partying. Now instead, I will be outside partying.”
Many Nigerians have thrown their weight behind Bloody Civilian, promising her that she is not alone.
