The Nigerian police officer, Inspector Stephen Enang, sadly lost his life while watching the match. According to eyewitnesses, he expressed no signs of illness and celebrated all three goals, but at the final whistle he didn’t move his body; he was dead at that time.

It’s said that he passed on silently after sitting down from celebrating Merino’s goal; no further information has been given prior to his demise by his family members.
