The Nigeria Police Force has issued a wanted notice for popular Nigerian musician Habeeb Okikiola Olalomi, widely known as Portable.
The notice, published in a special police gazette bulletin, alleges that Portable is wanted for multiple offenses, including conspiracy, serious assault, and stealing.
According to the bulletin, the warrant for his arrest was issued by the Magistrate Court in Ogun State.
Authorities claim that Portable engaged in conduct likely to cause a breach of public peace and is also implicated in an attempted murder case.
The police allege that he physically assaulted a man, inflicting grave injuries that led to hospitalization. The incident reportedly took place in the Sango-Ota area of Ogun State on February 20, 2023.

Law enforcement authorities have urged the public to provide any relevant information on the whereabouts of the suspect to aid his arrest.
The bulletin also details Portable’s physical description, noting that he is a 34-year-old Yoruba man, approximately 5 feet 5 inches in height, with a medium build and distinct facial features, including a round face and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a simple dress, with low forehead, bald front hair, and moderate head size.
Portable, a controversial figure in Nigeria’s entertainment industry, has been known for his outspoken nature and clashes with authorities in the past. The police have warned that anyone found harboring him or aiding his escape may face legal consequences.
The Nigeria Police Force has called on members of the public with credible information about Portable’s location to report to the nearest police station or contact the State Police Headquarters in Eleweran, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
