
The office of Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko has strongly refuted recent rumors suggesting that he is planning to marry Nollywood actress Chika Ike as his seventh wife.
In an official statement released by his Director of Communications, the senator dismissed the claims as “entirely baseless and a product of malicious speculation.”
The statement further clarified that there is no truth to allegations that Chika Ike is pregnant for the senator.
It also addressed false reports that Nwoko made remarks about Nigerian music star Tuface Idibia and polygamy, categorically denying any such statements.

“As a public figure and with his wife also being an actress, it is not unusual for bloggers seeking attention to fabricate such stories,” the statement read.
It emphasized that Senator Nwoko remains focused on his national assignment and political mandate, urging the public to disregard the misleading information.
Ned Nwoko also issued a caution to media practitioners about the dangers of spreading fake news, reminding journalists to verify information before publication.
