Following a review of the committee’s findings, the University Senate, at its 123rd Regular Meeting on October 31, 2024, approved their rustication for the 2024/2025 academic session.
A letter titled “Rustication for One Academic Session”, signed by the Registrar, Dr. Bala I. Ahmed, and circulated to key university officials, directed the affected students to remain off-campus unless granted written permission.
As a condition for their return in the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic session, they must appear with their parents or guardians and submit a written undertaking to maintain good conduct for the remainder of their studies.
