George Lesniak, 63, reportedly shot Cathleen Lesniak, 59, at their home and later posted a confession in a private Facebook group, citing his wife’s alleged affair as the motive.
Police arrived at the residence on Highwater Place shortly after 6 p.m, after reports of gunfire and found both deceased. George, a retired auto executive, left a message instructing group members to manage the forum in his absence.

Lesniak’s post reads: “My wife admitted to cheating on me so I killed her, I’m about to kill myself. Figure this group out for your selves.”
The couple had been married for over 34 years. George, a former executive with Autel Automotive Intelligence USA, was active in the community of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technicians.
Authorities confirmed that the event stemmed from domestic violence, likely exacerbated by emotional distress. The police continue to investigate while urging individuals struggling with mental health or domestic issues to seek help.
