A disturbing incident in Lagos State has led to the arrest of an up-coming artiste Og1 Savage, who is allegedly involved in the tragic death of a young woman. The incident occurred in the Iyana Ishashi area.
According to reports from a source familiar with the case, Og1 Savage, who resides in Lekki, reportedly traveled to Iyana Ishashi on the mainland, where he spent time with a woman.
After spending the night with her, Og1 Savage allegedly committed a disturbing act—cutting her hair, taking her underwear, and bathing her before leaving the scene.
The woman, in a weakened state, managed to call her family and provided her location. Tragically, by the time her family arrived and rushed her to the hospital, she had given up the ghost.

The authorities have confirmed the arrest of Og1 Savage, who is now in police custody as the investigation continues.
“This guy claims to be an upcoming artiste, but he left Lekki Island, where he resides, and traveled to the mainland, specifically Iyana Ishashi. There, he took a girl out, spent the night with her, and allegedly cut her hair, took her underwear, and bathed her before leaving. The girl woke up with her last strength, called her family, and provided an address. By the time we arrived and rushed her to the hospital, she had passed away. He is currently in police custody,” writes the source.
Og1 Savage’s arrest adds to a string of alarming events in Lagos, where incidents of violence against women have been increasingly reported.
At the time of writing, there is no official statement from the police regarding the charges Og1 Savage faces, but the community remains on edge as they await further developments.
The case has sparked outrage on social media, as many of such cases have been rampant, where young men kidnap and murder young women for alleged spiritual use.
