
Two days ago, a video went viral online, of a woman who swapped the ATM card of an elderly woman at an ATM outlet in Anambra State, and later withdrew N2 million from the elderly woman’s account.
The video was a CCTV footage recorded from the Bank.
Two were seen in the video, the younger woman in a red top was trying to help the older woman who seems to have sight impairment.
The later on, the younger woman left the scene, the older woman was seen trying to figure something out at the ATM machine, and got confused.

Two other people (men) seeing the woman in a confounded state, went in came to see what was wrong.
It is reported that the younger woman allegedly swapped the older woman’s ATM card with an expired card, having already obtained the pin in her pseudo attempt to help the woman initially, the older woman soon started receiving debit alerts that amounted to N2 million.
The incident which occurred in Nnewi, Nnewi North Local Government Area, Anambra State, soon got the attention of the Anambra State Police Division, and a probe has been initiated to bring the suspect to justice.
