A new viral video shows an abroad-based Nigerian couple fighting and dragging each other’s clothes inside their apartment.
The video, which was recorded by the husband during the fight, was shared on X by @ChuksEricE.
The wife held the husband’s dress and tore what she could, while the husband also held the wife’s dress with one hand and a phone with the other hand, which he used in recording the event.

The husband was saying it’s his house, that she should leave, while the wife kept asking why he removed her clothes, calling him Ugochukwu.
Throughout the fight, the husband did not hit her; however, the wife was seen hitting him and later went downstairs and came back with a knife, threatening to stab him.
At first, the husband pleaded with her to drop the knife, saying in pidgin, “No chuck me knife o, I dey tell you, I no carry knife for you o.”
The video highlights a notable problem among a lot of Nigerian couples abroad, who, after relocating, start fighting for a while and end up separating.
