Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face/2Baba, has sparked reactions online after claiming that a man is not built to sexually be with one woman and that it is a biological principle.
2Face said this during a podcast interview with Nedu, where he was asked about his relationship with his ex-wife, Annie Idibia, and what led to their dissolution. He defended his claims, saying it’s natural and biological for man to be promiscuous; however, an individual man can choose not “to go that route.”
He also explained that a man being built in that manner does not mean he cannot love a single woman and say, ‘yes, this is my woman.’

When asked if he would apply such a principle with his new woman, Edo State lawmaker Hon. Natasha Osawura, 2Face felt hit by the question and started saying he would try his best to answer.
But his answer was, a man can love one woman to death; however, when it comes to being sexually active, a man is naturally polygamous.
On the issue of his relationship with Annie, 2Face said Annie was an amazing person, but things changed later on. When asked what happened and who was at fault for their marriage crash, he opted not to talk about it in public; however, he reiterated that Annie was an amazing person, though they both had their shortcomings, but they gave it their best. Sometimes, when the thing that held two lovers together is no longer there, one can’t help it.
The Afropop music icon is known for his adulterous lifestyle, having seven children from three different women, and is sometimes referred to by many as the Solomon of Nigeria.
