Nigerian music sensation Davido spared no expense to party with his wife, Chioma, as she turned 30 on Wednesday, May 1.
The elaborate celebration in Atlanta, United States of America, was attended by celebrities, friends, and relatives, but what was most poignant was the moving tribute Davido paid to the woman he calls his pillar.
“You give me strength, you give me life, you give me wisdom,” he declared as he gripped the mic. With a wicked wink, he continued, “Na only you fit give me hmmm,” and the audience burst into cheers of laughter and applause.
Finally, there was the showstopper — Davido surprised Chioma with a brand-new luxury G-Wagon, which had everyone gasping in wonder. The car is worth over N700 million. He also gifted her a diamond bracelet worth £40,000.

The couple, who were traditionally married in June 2024, have had their ups and downs, from the terrifying loss of their first son in 2022.
But while last year the world celebrated a pair of twins, today they’re planning for their white wedding this August in Miami.
Their love life is trending on social media with love and congratulatory messages, as Chioma’s wedding day and the couple’s love story are being celebrated by fans.
In a recent interview, Davido vowed to leave infidelity in the past and praised Chioma as the woman who has grounded and lifted him.
He even admitted that every time they bicker, it impacts his business — a proof of her deep influence on his life.
