The senior pastor and founder of the Christ Embassy church, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, has made a disturbing claim that has spurred reactions from Christians.
Chris, in a video that has gone viral, claimed the late head of the Catholic Church, Pope Francis, died because of the Covid-19 vaccine.
According to Pastor Chris, the late pontiff supported the Covid-19 vaccine campaign and also had himself vaccinated.
He claimed that many people after the inception of the vaccine have been dying without real health issues. Implying that the vaccine is the cause of those deaths.

Pope Francis was reported to have passed away on Easter Monday morning at his Vatican residence after appearing at Easter Sunday Mass.
The cause of his death was revealed to be a series of health conditions such as cerebral stroke, coma, and irreversible cardiocirculatory collapse. He also had a history of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions, including pneumonia, hypertension, and type II diabetes.
The Pope has had prolonged ill health but has lived long enough before passing away at 88. The idea that he died because of the Covid-19 vaccine is ridiculous.
Pastor Chris is famous for making big and absurd claims like this. In 2020, after the invention and introduction of the 5G network, he claimed that 5G is demonic and a sign of end-time.
Before this he had made several other revelations, including stating a particular year that Christ was supposed to come.
