In what came out to be a very dramatic turn of events, the two Nigerian musicians, Badmus Okikiola, aka Portable, and Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington (Akpi), took their feud to the ring.
Both artists decided to fight it out with their hands in a credible manner in a ring, rather than with their mouths on social media.
The spar between the two, which took place on Saturday, was part of the ‘Chaos In The Ring,’ an event organized by Game Rush and Balmoral Promotions.
The event followed the organizer’s earlier bicung showcase from December 2024, along with the launch of Friday Fight Night in February 2025.

Portable, who is popular for his lousy street vibes and energy during stage performances, displayed strength and agility during the bout with Akpi, knocking him out after some minutes.
Speed Darlington, on the other hand, whom Nigerians would call “ajebo,” could not stand the might of Portable, as he was a recipient of several blows and was even injured on the hand.
The arena boomed with fans and supporters of the two artists who came to witness the bout. The cheers, shouts, and laughter grew as both fighters engaged themselves unprofessionally, more like a street fight than boxing.
At the end, Portable was announced the winner in a technical knockout by the referee after he knocked Speed Darlington to the ground, dislocating his arm.
In a post on X, Speed Darlington claimed Portable came out victorious because he used “juju.”
