Music Executive and CEO of Eezee Conceptz Global, popularly known as Eezee Tee, spoke with News correspondents concerning his ongoing conflict with Nigerian Gospel artiste Mercy Chinwo, who was signed to his Record label.
The issue which began in 2024 has gotten to its climax, with fans and followers confused of whom to believe, since it was earlier claimed by the Music Executive that Mercy Chinwo took him to Court, but the singer claimed she didn’t, that in fact, it Eezee Tee who took her to court.
Speaking with correspondents, Eezee Tee claimed he was threatened, that if he did not comply, they would use their cliques and connections to make sure he relinquishes the catalog, and that he must go to Jail.
He said Mercy Chinwo, despite being a Christian and singing about Jesus has refused to be honest with the current issue, revealing that he accommodated her for five years at the start of her career, and even gave her a car to aid her movements, all out of his own pocket, but yet she cheated him, and still used the force on him.

Eezee Tee disclosed that after spending days in custody, he was forced into transferring a substantial sum of money, and emphasized that the threats and intimidation tactics used against him were aimed at pressuring him into a settlement.
He mentioned that there was a breach in their contract between his record label and Mercy Chinwo, stating that the contractual relationship was prepared by a certified lawyer in the person of Udo Udoma.
That Mercy Chinwo boycotted money from the company’s account without his consent to use on her events, and used the contents that belonged to the company for her catalog.
The Executive pleaded with Nigerians and followers of the case to not allow emotions or fanaticism to becloud their judgement.
Many Nigerians are confused on whom to believe, as the both parties seems to be saying different things.
