Since Human Rights activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) announced that his NGO website was hacked and N180 million missing from the account, a lot people have given their two cents on the matter.
Many have accused VeryDarkMan of stealing his NGO funds and lying about it being stolen by hackers, while some have chosen not to say anything, but wait until the last.
Among the several notable people who have accused VDM, is Nigerian comedy skit maker and musician CarterEfe.
CarterEfe evoked reactions from supporters and non-supporters of VDM, including by-standers, after he made a post on his X page calling out VDM, and demanding that he return the NGO funds within 24 hours.

He called VeryDarkMan “Verydarkthief”, and didn’t say what he would do after the 24 hours elapsed, he just wrote “unless…….”
“Verydarkthief I give you 24 hours to return that money unless…….” – CarterEfe wrote.
One of the commenters bemocked CarterEfe for his wrong use of English where he said “unless”., and advised him to go buy “Ugo C Ugo” an English learner book. The commenter with the X handle @justviccetti corrected CarterEfe that the correct word is “or else” and not “unless”.
“It’s or else nor unless. With all the money Wey you get, use 3500 go buy Ugo C Ugo,” @justviccetti wrote.
Another user @wixkidfc reacted to CarterEfe’s post saying;
“Unless???
Even illiterate dey challenge am 😂😂😂”
