
A man identified as @panoscoremix on Tiktok has taken to the internet to express his regret for building house in Nigeria for rentage.
The man who resides in Austria in Europe shared a video, lamenting the state of his estate building in Nigeria, how the tenants are unable to maintain it, and still refused to pay rent.
The building is a 10-flat complex, with interlocked compound, which looks unkempt with weeds growing through the interlockings.

The man said he regrets building a rentage house in Nigeria, that he knew the pains he went through building the house, and advised Nigerians in diaspora to reconsider their plans of building houses in Nigeria, saying it is a bad investment.
Reacting to the video, some people advised the man to employ an estate manager to oversee the management of the house.
