A South African man has taken to the internet to share how his new born baby boy survived a miscarriage that took his twin sister, and it was not noticed until the seventh month.
The man while expressing his joy for his the new baby, said his wife had a miscarriage at the third month of pregnancy, and they thought they lost their children.
Unbeknownst to them, one of the twin was hiding in the womb and was not affected by the miscarriage. The baby hung in undetected until the seventh month before the couple realized they had a baby in the womb.
The baby was later given birth to in the 10th month, and named Mnqobiwazozonkizizwe, meaning “a warrior,” in the Zulu language.

“I still can’t believe this boy was hiding in his mother’s tummy until the seventh month of pregnancy. We had a miscarriage at three months, lost his sister, and thought the pregnancy was over. Little did we know, someone was hiding and only appeared at seven months. He was born after ten months of pregnancy,” the man wrote on X.
According to him, his ancestors were behind the survival of his baby from the miscarriage, as it is something that has never been said to happen anywhere. He also mentioned that they have had several miscarriages, however, this one survived.
X users rushed into the comments section to congratulate the man and his baby, some shared similar experience they have had.

“Same experience with mother of my first born before I married her, she miscarried in 2013 first only for her to get another mid year, doctors said she was carrying twins. But miraculously she gave me a beautiful baby girl in 2014, which I name Gracey. Strong little man you have.”
