A Ghanaian self-styled prophet, Eboh Noah, has sparked widespread controversy after claiming that God revealed to him that the world will end on Christmas Day—not by fire, but through a second global flood.

According to the prophet, God instructed him to build eight arks, drawing a direct parallel to the biblical story of Noah. He claims the arks are meant to house “chosen families” who will survive the flood and repopulate the Earth after the catastrophe.
Reports circulating online allege that several followers, convinced the prophecy will soon come to pass, have sold their personal belongings and handed over the proceeds to the prophet in preparation for the imminent apocalypse.
