Barrister Felicia Temitope Odu, a 56-year-old lawyer who captured national attention in September 2025 after fulfilling her lifelong dream of being called to the bar, has died following a brutal case of alleged domestic violence.
According to reports by advocacy group @toniabruisedbutnotbroken, the mother of three was allegedly beaten to death by her husband in the presence of one of their sons.
