In a recent video that quickly went viral, Adeife argued that being a feminist goes beyond social media activism or vocal opinions—it requires financial power. According to her, many women remain trapped in toxic relationships, unfulfilling jobs, and limiting environments simply because they lack money to make independent choices.
“Feminism is not just about tweeting or having opinions; it’s about having options,” she said. “You don’t have options when you don’t have money. Money is what makes a woman powerful. You can’t be empowered without the means of empowerment, which is money.”
